looking for good sci-fi stories

I have just been reading

But I have finished these, and was wondering if any one knew of and well written, plot driven, "space opera" type sci-fi stories. I am having trouble finding anything that has an actual story verses just sex. I like MF and/or FF, preferably fem sub. I will read any type of story and pairing other than MM.

You might try either or both of the "Galactic" series by Grandmaster dweaver999. Not my genre, but his non-scifi BDSM work is fabulous.

I wouldn't have any idea on here, since I'm not quite to the sci fi sex genre...but there's one that comes to mind that is sci fi and includes some really warped stuff, necrozombie sex, sadism, and incest...

You can find that online via search for an awesome little online read (and you should read it regardless of erotic/porn) and that's known as The Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect.

thanks for the responses, sorry it took me so long to get back I was a way for the last week.
I have the Galactic series, and wile (if I remember correctly) it is a bit long on politics, it is still a good read, although in my opinion Infection and Island slave are better. I will look up The Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect.

I just finished Darkniciad's LST3K stories, and just about died laughing a number times. Ep. 04 Erthe Day is one of the funniest. ( in my opinion)

I am also half way through the the second book in the Perikos and Jayn series and really liking it! thanks for that one Owlow.

Here is one that you might find interesting. I had plans on expanding it but have not had the time.

I have two more but they both are short attempts at trying to write sci/fi. I read so much of it when I was younger that I have a hard time separating what i read from what i write. Throwaway is an outline of something that really needs expanding, as is the other sci/fi stuff I have posted.

I'm about 1/3 of the way through 'The Preacher Man" (I read the escalator one first) that guy writes LONG stories very plot driven, very detailed, and quite good.

Hm, re-reading your original post, I do have a story that might fit what you're looking for, "Calculated Risk."

It's "passed muster" with a few other sci-fi fans, particularly Star Trek ones, is M/F, plot-driven, and (I'm told) well-written. So you're welcome to give it a try.

I have to second the nomination of Etaski's Calculated Risk. I don't read a lot of Sci Fi on Lit., due primarily to the fact that I like my Sci Fi in larger doses (novel length and beyond). However, this story is by far the best Sci Fi story I have read in all my years of visiting this site. I whole heartedly recommend this story to anyone who enjoys the Star Trek universe, alien biology, or just plain old hot sex with life or death at stake.

I liked Redlight Pandora, it was a good first chapter to a longer story, if a bit confusing at times.

Hm, re-reading your original post, I do have a story that might fit what you're looking for, "Calculated Risk."

reading those I also found a story through the suggested stories box it's called Betrayal by Nighttimevisions it eleven chapters so far, and looks to continue. It's "mech" which I have never really liked, just because it's not very realistic, but this is very good, well written, plot driven, I liked it.

You're welcome to try my series if you want a little "space opera". The prelude is called "A Union Consummated" and the link is in the sig below.

It starts on Earth with a rather mundane opening scenario. The series continues in "Gift from Outer Space" and then continues on in a series I haven't quite finished yet but is even more "space opera" than the first, and darker at times. Caveats include use of a "dickgirl" type character for a lot of the sex scenes . If that's no problem, look forward to a lot of sci-fi and a voyage through the galaxy. Would love if anyone would read and give feedback.
