This story just about has to have been in the Gay Male section.
The story starts off with a main character who is jealous of his roommate who is more successful at scoring with women than he is.
One night after an unsuccessful night of trying to pick up women at the bar (sabotaged by the roommate), they both go home and roommate begins slowly convincing the main character to fool around since they are both horny and struck out.
It starts off with the roommate jerking off and then blowing main character, until he uses reverse psychology and tricks main character into giving it a try. From there, he gradually reverses their roles until the main character is the submissive one, always giving head and bottoming for the roommate. At the end roommate reveals the whole thing was a setup to make main character his bitch.
This story is definitely at least 2 or 3 years old, possibly older. I think it was a standalone story rather than one with multiple chapters.
