I am married with a girlfriend and consider myself Bi. I can't speak for others, but will share some generalizations about my own experiences.
To begin, things usually start slower in f/f for us. We tend to focus on the experience at hand, noticing and commenting on things such as how we enjoy seeing each other responding, the smoothness of skin, etc.
