Hard to say. Sometimes the most obnoxious, ludicrous posts get all the attention, while politeness, good manners, and genuine sincerity get no response at all. I honestly don't know why that is. I would hazard a guess though that if you're blending into the surroundings, then perhaps try some different posts and see what happens. I guess the worst is that you'll piss a few people off...how bad can that be?
