Looking for Editor

First time submission, NC/reluc, mature, huml, influence.
Finding it extremely hard to find any help on the other options..ie; Volunteer Editor, or Editor pages etc.
Any help or guidance be appreciated.

How long is your story? What are you looking for in an editor? NC and humiliation aren't really my thing, but I hate to see a request for help go unanswered.
