Hi All,
I know this has been posted in various fashion on here before, but like others, I am looking for an editor or at least, close guidance, on how to bring a story to publishing level.

Mine is a story I wrote for someone else about my own story, coming out, cuckolding, sexuality and gender discovery, feminization, with several chapters, and it is long (and probably somewhat winding and redundant in some parts) and each chapter with respective graphic descriptions of course, i.e., it is erotic literature and not just a coming of age novel.
I shared it with my current anchor partner who gave me very positive and excited feedback (and we're close enough that I am confident that it is truthful feedback and not just humoring).

I am hoping to find am editor with experience who would be enthusiastic to bring that whole piece to a publishable level, and I am happy to share credit or even authorship on it in the end, depending on input level, as I am aware that it will take quite some work. Not so much for typo and grammar, but for format, flow and avoidance of redundancy.
At minimum, if I could get a set of guidelines and requirements for publishing, that would be great. I've been searching Lit but can't find any.

Thank you so much!

I recommend reading Intuitive Editing: A Creative and Practical Guide to Revising Your Writing, by Tiffany Yates Martin. She provides extensive and detailed tips for looking at your story objectively and taking it from the first draft to something that's publishable.

If all you want to do is post it here on Lit, there are very few guidelines and requirements beyond making sure that your spelling, grammar and punctuation are accurate and consistent.
