I am looking for a story I read some months ago. Its a brother-sister incest story.
The story starts with the brother coming home from either a date or a failed relationship. He feels discouraged because none of the women he
has dated seem to come close to what he wants in a relationship.
He calls his best friend, his sister, and she comes over and listens while he shares his frustrations and feelings.
I don't remember just how the story progress but at some point the brother and sister become lovers. They continue as lovers for some time and eventually talk
about getting married. They confide in their parents, who at first are appalled but slowly, over time, come to accept their children's relationship and intent to marry.
The couple write their own ceremony and perform it outdoors in a secluded park with only their parents present.
As the years pass they talk about children and even consult a doctor who they trust where they share their relationship and talk with him about potential problems with conceiving and with children. They learn there is a problem. I believe it has something to do with some genetic trait the sister has. After talking with the doctor they learn of the percent chance that it will cause a problem if they conceive. They decide to try anyway.
The pregnancy has problems and eventually the woman/sister miscarries.
They both are devastated by it and the sister especially blames herself for their marriage and sexual union and for the failed pregnancy.
They try to console each other with love and words though they both are in a lot of pain. The brother especially tries to console his wife/sister.
But eventually, unable to reach her with words, the brother decides to leave and moves west to start a new life alone.
The sister returns to live with the parents but after a time realizes she truly loves her husband/brother more than the harsh condemnation she has imposed on herself and the story ends with her heading west to find him.
