Looking for Boss / Employee wife story

I am looking for a story i read few years back.

It was about a guy newly marrued to his high school/university sweetheart.
He joins a company as a junior.
His boss invites him and his wife to a pool party at his cottage.
He goes together with his wife and the boss's wife seduce him and they have sex in the pool side.
The boss take the employee's wife inside the house and show her that their spouses are having sex and demands he wants the same.
But she is really shy and very reluctant to do anything... after so much seduction, she gives in...

Anyone knows atleast the name of the story?

Hi. not exactly.
In that story the employee and his wife were invited to the Boss's house.
They even do something naughty in the car before entering house.
The wife of the employee had no idea about her husband's boss.
Also her husband and the boss's wife starts the sexual act...after that only the boss makes a move, even then she was very reluctant...
He mentions like, "see your husband is fucking my wife"
