Looking for an older story

Hey everyone,
The story I'm looking for is at least 10 years old.
It was about a youngish woman (I'd like to say girl, as I assumed it was about 16 year olds, but I don't know for sure) who worked in a kitchen - possibly a summer job. The son of the owner worked with her, teased her a lot, made fun of her for being a bit of a hippie (there was something about poetry readings).
They really didn't like each other, but ended up in a super hot sex scene.

Okay, I'm pretty good at this. Several times now I've had an urge to find a story that for some reason stuck in my mind from about a decade ago - usually because it had a hot scene that pushed my buttons that I really wanted to read again or wanted to share with someone.

I've worked with less. What really helps is knowing the category. Was this story perhaps in the "First Time" category? Or "Erotic Couplings"?

I've tried combos of: kitchen, poetry, hippie, owner's son, summer job and the like and then gone back to 05 and earlier - haven't found anything that seems right. But then the description and title are sometimes misleading.

Any other details you can remember?
