Looking for an old nonconsensual/reluctance series

Hello! I'm searching for a series that I read approximately 10 years ago. Category was nonconsensual/reluctance.

The story starts off with a woman hiding in a forest from another group of people...warriors that have taken over. She gets captured and auctioned off to a captain or some ranked man. Later it's discovered that she is a priestess, and the warrior binds her to him with shackles. The warriors use the priestesses in war somehow. At some point she puts shackles on him and binds him back. This dual binding results in pregnancy, which was previously thought impossible.
