Looking for an incest story

I am looking for an incest story I once read. It was basically a brother/sister who go to a beach house which, if I remember correctly, was a time share. I remember in the story it was raining, and that the place was already occupied by a female who has over stayed her time. They invite her to stay, as they don't want her driving in the bad weather. She has some pot, and proceeds to tell the brother and sister about her brother.
