looking for an incest story

I've been lookibg for this story that i read awhile back but i cant remember the title. Its a mom-son incest story where i believe they get stuck in the middle of know where when the car breaks down, this is where things get really vague for me theres either a snow storm coming or there in the middle of one when there saved by a stranger who turns out to be quite the opposite of helpful. I know its kinda vague but does anyone recognize it.
