Looking For An Experienced Editor

I'm looking for an editor experienced with this site's story formatting, among other things, as my story was rejected. I'd written to almost 3 dozen editors without a reply from any of them. I submitted without any assistance and like I said, got rejected. I was looking for an editor that could also help with female character development among any other problems that I may have missed. If someone is able and willing to help me, I would eternally grateful. Thanks.

You need to provide the category and word count for editors to consider whether they can and want to fit it in.

Okay thanks. I chose Non-Erotic as there is no sex but it could have gone in Novels and Novellas or whatever that name is exactly. Word count is about 10,300 for this first chapter.
