Looking for an editor for a forced impreg story

I have a story - about 5000 words - about forced impregnation. It definitely needs work on the grammar around speech but I'm also looking for help around flow, thoughts about the structure of the story, etc.

I have sent some notes to people from the editors list but no responses!
