looking for advice

for of im very voyeristic, and is one of the main reasons that my primary vehicle is a pickup truck, so that i can on occasion get a glimpse of some woman driver, with a short skirt on.

the problem i have was magnfied this morning on my commute to work. i was driving in north jersey when i got stuck in a traffic jam caused by a major accident. 1 mile and 30 minutes later a car pulled up next to me with a mature female, fantastic legs, and a very short skirt. im not sure if she was aware of the view i had or not.

my question is how is the best way( jesture) of showing your appreciation or basically complimenting them with out looking like a deranged lunatic, stalker or pervert.

i would especially like to her from woman on this issue, this is something that i have ponder since i bought my first pickup truck in 1987.

Well...I don't think you can't really make any sort of gesture without coming off as somewhat icky. At least that's my opinion anyways with my own experiences.
I mean look by all means if you want, but yeah...I dunno.
Maybe if you did just smile at the person, but don't look her up and down and then smile. It seems like you're leering.
