I've been searching like mad trying to find a story I read a while ago (most likely on literotica).
My memory is a bit hazy but the premise as I remember it was as follows:
A man (old friend, coworker or something similar) stayed with a couple for a few days due to some work related stuff in that city. Outwardly the wife seemed very cold to the idea and seemed to dislike the guest.
Then the husband woke up during the night and found his wife wasn't in bed. He went to check and heard her with the guest going at it in the guest bedroom. This scenario repeated the next night.
It concluded with the husband walking in on her desperately trying to get the guest to have sex with her but he was too drunk. It resulted in some sort of a threesome right then and there.
