Looking for a very specific mother/son story

Need some help here folks
I read a mother/son story quite some time ago and I have spent the last hour searching for it over here to no end.
Here's what I remember from it

• Mother is nagging if I am not mistaken
• son finds a hidden room or something in the house
• hides there from here and finds fathers incest erotica
• finds old videos of father fucking grandmother
• mother finds his hiding place and joins him eventually
  • it's all a story from the memories of an old man in a hospital telling it to a nurse who is having problems with her son
