I believe the story was on this site and involves an entire wedding party being abducted by aliens. The women are separated from the men and are given a special drink while the men are turned into slaves on the ship. The new bride tries to resist the beginnings of strong sexual urges while her friend gives in rather easily. But, as the minutes pass, the wife is unable to halt her changes and gives a guy oral. She feels some relief, followed by the resumption of her urges. Her friend says that she will not judge her for anything she does. Eventually, the wife has sex and it's great. Her friend points out that another of the alien men (who look human by the way) hasn't had sex and the wife fucks him as well. The friend states that 'isn't it great,' and the wife asks what is so great. The friend says that they now have a purpose; they're breeding stock. Any help finding this story would be much appreciated.
