Looking for a story

I've been trying to find a story that I read a few years ago, but I'm not having any luck with the search terms I am trying so I figured I would post here and maybe someone knows about it.

From what I remember it was a series of stories about a wife who gets a job/makes an agreement with the bank (or similar) to pay off some debt. The husband doesnt like her doing this and begins to treat her like a whore. It involves her, at some point, educating a young man how to please a woman which leads to him revealing his feelings for his mother.

Another chapter involves her in a church with the vicar and his wife, and it turns out they have a little sex club going on that involves the sunday school or similar.

I know this may not be much to go on, but any help on this would be appreciated.
