Looking for a Story

I read a story here it seems like a year or two ago about a girl who has progressive fantasies as the story goes on.

The bits I remember are her thinking about being taken by marauders or ogres, and a bathroom part where she is in a communal dorm bathroom and is on the floor of a shower stall imagining she is being taken from behind when a guy walks in and actually takes her.

Does anyone remember that story? I can't for the life of me think of the title anymore and I'd love to read it again.
