Looking for a story

Ok, this seems a great place to start looking... I hope one of you fine folks can help me.

I am looking for a story called The Lottery (fairly certain that is the name). It is about some guy In South Carolina (in the story, his name is Paul Reiner) who won a huge lottery, and decided to start his own harem of sex slaves, one of each major nationality (Chinese, American Indian, Hispanic, Arabic, etc.)

The story that I read had at least 40 chapters, and probably much more than that..

If anyone knows where I can find the whole thing, I would very much appreciate it. Feel free to email me. Thanks for your help.

Looking the story over, though, I don't think I'd consider three paragraphs a chapter...
