I personally don't find the Lit search feature very useful, because it doesn't search through the text of the stories.

What I usually use is Google, and there are some advanced features that are helpful. For example, if you want to restrict your search to just the Literotica site, you can add site:literotica.com as one of the search parameters. If you know one of the words in the title, you can use the intitle: operator. And, if you know what category it might be in, then use that as one of the search parameters as well, since all of the stories list the category at the top of the page.

For example, if I'm looking for an Incest story on Literotica with the word "sister" somewhere in the title and I know there's a guy named "Steve," I'd put together a query like:
site:literotica.com intitle:sister incest steve ( << click on this link to see the results).

For your particular story, I've already tried various combinations of words, like "driving," "traffic," "spontaneous erections," "mom," "mother," "blowjob," "suck," etc., but haven't been able to find it (although I've turned up a bunch of other interesting tales ).

Is the "boy" an adult (i.e., older than 17)? If not, then the story is probably not on Literotica, since they don't accept stories involving underaged sex. Are there any other details that you might remember about the story?

Yes, the Lit searches rely on the story titles and description, unfortunately. So it does depend greatly on the writer.
