A Husband and Wife (Main Character) create a new country, near Russia I think. All the males are genetically manipulated to be submissive, all women are dominant. All male have big genitalia. There is milking factory where select males are milked. Daughter of MC visits this factory frequently. At one point two men (from USA i think) try to kidnap two women, but are caught. Both of the men are castrated. In the end one of the castrated men manages to kill the MC. Originally,I think, I found story when I searched for "Matriarchal society". I'm not able to find it again.
