Bored wife cheats on husband, he suspects and investigates catching her and her lover in a motel on audio, he hears trash talk etc
He confronts her at home and she confesses. He then seeks to find out why and she can’t really tell him. She is sorry but she cannot sound as if she is really sorry.
After much discussion over time. He thinks tricking her into thinking he is having a revenge affair so that she can understand the pain he is in. However the fake affair becomes real and she truly understands his pain through her own pain. At last she realises what she has done.
In the end they reconcile as better people and save their marriage.
