Looking for a story I read a while back, unsure whether it was LW or Romance, about a veteran who works as a TV OB cameraman. He buys an old house that turns out to be haunted by Agnes (?) and the house is literally stuffed with hidden stashes of cash, antique jewelry, and a concealed safe in the basement; his two girl colleagues move in with him to be his roomies, one of them was part-Korean anmd he hooks up with her, her family lke him too. MC and his two girl roomies start a trend of filming documentaries about street and homeless people who have hidden talents. I think it transpires that the ghost in the house is actually his great-great grandmother. Does anyone recognize this story?
