Hi all! I’m hoping against hope that someone else has read this story. I read it some years ago. I don’t remember the author or title but was an ebook or online. The story is about a husband and wife.they recently moved into an apartment (loft maybe?). The wife was a professional, possibly psychologist and was stressed out. Husband arranged for a friend to come over and help “relieve the stress.” He had wife dress in a maid’s outfit and serve dinner. The wife was then bent over and tied to table (with a pillow under her hips as “she’d be there for awhile”) and was fucked first with dildo and plug then the friend and husband took her anally. I remember she had nipple clamps and they gagged her so the neighbors wouldn’t hear her. There was a line about the clamps scratching the new dining table and the husband being worried about it and put a towel under her.
