Like the title says, looking for a story about a younger guy (college age I think) who ends up dominating either a neighbor or neighborhood wife whose husband is neglectful. She ends up serving him enthusiastically when he shows interest in her. There's several chapters and closes with him releasing her and her trying to reignite her relationship with her husband. Then, the husband passes away and they get back together. To be fair, that's kinda generic, one of the things I distinctly remember is having her play an instrument for him and she loves it cause he was paying attention to her.
