Hey so as title says im looking for a story something i read maybe 5/6 years ago il try my best to describe what i can remember .
Starts by explaining how this couple knew each from kids and how they were always close and eventually got married young and they were at college i think
She cheated on him with a professor, upon finding out he buried a large knife in the professors door and left town, using his lawyer to sort out the divorce and sorting everything out, in a new town he started work at a tech place and remember him explaining as seeing the world in grey, nothing brung him joy anymore, a neighbour or work colleague, set him up on a blind date and when he met her, the world was in colour again and he fell in love with her, she was loved by the entire town, they had kids and she tried to help him forgive his exwife so he would drop the anger inside him. unfortunately she fell ill and eventually passed away, at the reading of her will, his exwife was there with a note from his diseased wife telling him to forget his hatred and love again. After some time he ended up getting back with his 1st wife.
