I read this story a few years ago, so forgive me if my summary is a bit vague at points.
From what I can remember there are two scirntists/engineers who have created this wetsuit(pretty vague I know but I don't remember what exactly the suit does). They are in dire need of funding so they have went to a resort and are pretending to be a couple in order to get close to another couple on the island who could provide the necessary capital. The first couple scenes tell their back story and show what the suit can do. Anyways the engineers find out that the rich couple are exhibitionists and decide that it would be a good way to get close to them. So they start simulating sex on their balcony while the other couple watches from across the bay. The other couple actually starts having sex while our protagonists are frustrated with their inability to do so (probably should be a good time to mention our protagonists don't really like each other up until they start seeing body parts). I remember the woman especially feeling frustrated that the our male engineer wouldn't take the lead and start some steamy sex. That's all I an remember.
I know its vague and you guys probably haven't read the story since I legitimately can't find it anywhere, but I thought this would be a good place to try.
