In it a man goes to a female therapist for help against a controlling women and she ends up pregnant by him and she works on the same floor as her obgyn, who is sleeping with a Mexican man who ends up getting her pregnant. I remember one line from the story the obgyn says I have already signed up for Spanish classes after she finds out she is pregnant.
