Looking for a story

Sorry to bother, but I need some help looking for a story I thought I found on here.

I read it about two days ago and now I can't seem to find the damned thing. It is a story about a man cheating on his wife/girlfriend and how he and the girl he is cheating with transform. Now, from what I remember, they didn't take on full animal form. The girl had cat like qualities, while he had dog like qualities. There was a lot of focus on the girl's sensitive nipples. I couldn't remember if she had multiple. Lastly, he receives a message to return to his wife/girlfriend the next day. Following this instruction, both he and the girl do so. Upon arrival, the wife welcomes them and asks that they quit their jobs and live their lives, with their transformations, and remain loyal to her. If so, they can all live on having sexual relations among the three of them. A lot of a paraphrasing, sorry. I swore I read it on Literotica! This is aggravating me to no end that I can't find it again.

last note: The story seem to be told from the perspective of the male. Additionally, the sensitivity of the girl's nipples would cause her to almost instantly climax.

So the name of the story is "Three nipples"? If so, thanks. I think you might be implying that I am an alt. You can find that I made the same exact post, with different titles, on other forums. I tend to be a lurker and truly had no motivation to make an account on Literotica. I tend to like to keep my things personal and in secret. To be quite honest, I can't really recall. I had just gotten out of work from a 16 hr shift and read it quickly.
