Looking for a story where a wife asks to use her 1 'get out of jail free card' or something to that effect. I believe the husband had promised her one night with no consequences. She had been either a virgin or very inexperienced when she got married. She asked to use it and the husband blew up as it was years later and felt it would ruin their marriage. There was a woman who was the wife's friend who tried to mediate between the two. In the end I believe she didn't go through with it.

Any help would be great and the story I'm looking for is not the one by Tx Tall Tales - That Damned Valentines Day Card

The first part sounds like this story - the girl has cold feet before their wedding, so he gives her a hall pass. When she cheats 27 years later, she tries to pull the "you gave me a hall pass" bit:

I do recall a story that sounds like the second part, but without the hall pass..
I looked for the story and didn't find it, I'll update this message if I find it. Or You can scan my favorite authors and likely find it.

Good story but not what I was looking for. In mine the woman doesn't go through with it out of fear of what will happen to her marriage. Thanks for the help and I guess I'll go through your favorites later.

Good story but not what i was looking for. The story I'm looking for has the wife be inexperienced and wants to use her free pass (I can't remember why she has it) and this causes such issues for the husband that she eventually doesn't go through with it. The other thing I remember is the wife's friend ends up in the middle trying to mediate their arguments.
