Looking for a story (yes, I know...)

^^^ That title is probably the 3rd most seen here, but there's really nothing else that fits!

Down to brass tacks - the story I'm looking for is either Sci-Fi/Fantasy or NonHuman (possibly Erotic Horror, although I don't recall anything particularly horrifying). The main character is a musician and dabbling magician, visiting Egypt. He finds an ancient temple and casts a spell, his intent being to 'restore his muse' (he can't write any new music). Because of the location, he gains the attention of Lilith (an Egyptian night-goddess) and gets what he wants and more!

I found this story on Lit some time ago, but foolishly didn't bookmark or list its title anywhere - so when I wanted to read it again, I couldn't find it anywhere! Unfortunately, I can't remember the author's name either... which makes things more difficult. So I'm hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction?
