Looking for a story where the wife almost cheats on husband

From what I remember the couple was on vacation and the wife was getting attention/gifts from a rich man. Husband wasn't okay with this and left. Wife stayed and nearly cheated in a limo. Husband took up with a younger woman (possibly two) that later convinced him to give the wife a second chance.
