Looking for a story where a wife cheats on her husband with gardener/groundskeeper from her past

Please help me find a story I read where a woman is infatuated with a gardener/groundskeeper that was hired by her parents in her teenage years. She sees her mom having sex with him in the shed. She's now rich and married, but seemingly can't get the guy out of her mind. The story goes back and forth from past to present. I vaguely remember that she was headed to a charity event or something for her husband but instead goes and finds her old gardener and has sex with him on the floor of a dirty old house. In the end, she hires him as a groundskeeper, her husband none the wiser.

Sorry, it's vague and all over the place, I only remember bits and pieces of it.
