Looking for a story where a brother wants to get revenge on his popular brother

If i remember it correctly the story has multiple parts. I think the unpopular brother found something on his brothers laptop with which he blackmailed him into letting him fuck his GF. But the popular brother wanted to humiliate the other brother. Also I think that later on it is revealed that the popular brother is a sissy and blackmailed all his previous GFs.
