Looking for a story - Wheels of Steel

Hey there,
Please forgive me if posting this here is in the wrong section.

There was is a story called Wheels of Steel - it was about a guy who has a disability called... - argh and for the life of me I forgot what its called... and a care giver who learns to accept a guy with a disability.

It was written by PepperPace.

There's someone I know who is in the same boat and I'd like for that person to read this story.

I thought it was an amazing story!!!
