Looking for a story that involved a waitress.

So I recall bits a pieces of the story. There was this waitress and the owner was turning the place she works into a strip club and is trying to convince her to dance when he changes the business.

I remember there was a regular she was serving and she ends up getting talked into it by the two of them. I know it's vague as hell but anybody got any idea what the name of the story is?
