Looking for a story - please help

Hi, i have not been able to find a story for some time on a daughter and father who had sex unknowingly (daughter knew only as it happened). She takes over as his secretary or business partner or something. Her dad owns the business. Her predecessor says she should go and find him after this party celebrating her getting the job and the woman retiring. When she finds him he thinks it is her predecessor wanting a final hurrah. Instead it is his daughter. At the end i think the original secretary reveals he always used to do it with her on business trips so it will now be her responsibility.
