Looking for a story - male stripper with commitment issues

Hi all, I remember a story a while back where a man worked as a stripper to put himself through college, was a decent dancer and sort of fell into it. I think he became a chippendale, anyways that lifestyle and being dragged back to rooms for sex wore on him as he had a very difficult time trusting women after that.

Then he meets a girl I think she was a school chum and falls for her but has issues... That's all I remember. Anyone know this story? I'm pretty sure it's a romance.
