Looking for a story involving an adventurous couple with swinging, drugs, incest

There was a story I recall reading a few years back that I wanted to check for updates on, but could not find.

The main POV was a perhaps 25-40 year old male living in a city with a high paying job. He and his girlfriend were adventurous and visited a swinger's club on a regular basis. At home they did various drugs on special occasions, I believe cocaine was mentioned specifically.

I believe the main taboo as the story progressed involved a younger cousin of the main character and her introduction to their nightlife.

The story was fairly long, and I want to say it was multiple chapters. I tried looking for it under the drugs and cocaine tags but didn't see it.
