Looking for a story I read years ago

I read a story about a woman who quit her job and created an escape proof chastity cage in which she got someone to wear it and obey her, and she showed her friend who was fascinated in it and abused her power by making him do things for her (blackmailing him) and he told the owner of the cage and she confronted her and admitted it but thought she could use him.
I can't remember the ending, I think she was put in a belt as punishment, it was a long story in many parts.
