Looking for a story I read here years ago.

I've spent hours trying to find this story using the search option, but haven't had any luck. It was a very well written piece told from a first person male perspective. It was about a 40 year-old man who woke up one morning in the body of himself as a high school senior, having somehow traveled back in time. He goes on to bed the girls he never had the nerve to talk to, and also uses his future knowledge to save a young man's life by buying a car before the guy wrecks it. If I remember correctly, the guy he bought the car from was in a loving incestual relationship with his own sister. The story ends with the guy freaking out a few years after graduating and dating the best woman he never got with before, but it involved him warning the people around him of major events in the future, including investing in Microsoft. If anyone recognizes this story, please tell me the name of it. Thank you.

that sounds like a great story! If only we could go back in time with the knowledge we have gained over the years.... correct a few mistakes....lol
