Looking for a story I read 4 years (I THINK) ago

Hi, when I first found Literotica a few years ago I read a loving wives story I'd like to find again. Very basic storyline is the male main character is blindsided by his wife. He comes home thinking he is the happiest man in the world. Met by his wife dressed for sex and seduction, LBD, stilettos, etc. she is going on a date with her lover and not him. She intends this becomes the new normal. If he doesn't accept the situation she will divorce him and her employers, the ubiquitous evil dishonest law partnership will destroy him. He has two kids he will never see again, an exceptionally talented son called Brian, nickname brain and a daughter, I can't remember the daughter characters name.
True to her word the wife and attorneys destroy the main characters life. He is reduced to becoming his lory driver brothers mate.
Wife and boyfriend work their was through savings, house venue and the money for kids collage funds.
Later, Brian gets a military scholarship but daughter is stuck with nothing. Son and daughter find their father, farther then helps get daughter into state collage and he and kids live HEA.

Anyone any idea the name of story or the author?
