Looking for a story I once read. Please help

Does anyone remember the title/author to a story about a family where the women belonged to a secret society of call women and the men managed their schedules. Each women has a specific set of tattoos that represent what they are into and they had to go through training to get there. It begins with the son coming home and finding his grandfather fucking his mother and not knowing that it was something she needed. His sister at the end joins the society as well. He turns out making a living as a fashion consultant for women with his grandmother's help. Cito22
