Might be friends to lovers, I'm not sure how the story starts out but I vaguely remember the ending. One of the guys had to go to his father's funeral. His father abandoned him when he was a child and made a new family, so it was a very jarring experience for him. When he returned, his friend brought him food and comforted him. I think they were sitting on the couch and finally professed their feelings for eachother. They decided to take things slow, I think there was a moment
