The story is about how this man was married and then comes home one day and finds out that his twin sister and his wife has fallen in love and he cuts contact with her. He then finds love a nurse who one day hung out with his sister after he told her he didn't want her or him to have any kind of contact so they broke up and he moved states to get away. His ex-gf shows up at his door and wants to get back together which they do and start a family
