Looking for a series of three intertwined stories I read on here several months ago. The first one was about a girl just out of high school. She was writing in her diary. The story follows her as she becomes friends with, and eventually the lover of, another young woman who works as a stripper. Towards the end of the story she also seduces her father. There is a hint she has mental powers of persuasion.
The second story follows a young man and his mother. They have lost everything and move to a new city due to scandal involving the father/husband. The mother obviously has some mental issues, including what seems to be a split personality. Eventually the mother and son become lovers.
The third story ties these two together. The mother/son pair and the daughter and her female lover from the first two stories all get together in a very lavish house, hosted by another relative (sister of the mother in the second story?). I stopped reading at that point, but would like to pick this up again. Does anyone have any ideas about who the author is? I tried searching through the highly-recommended stories, but came up blank.
The stories are very long with multiple chapters. The characters above all seem to be related, and there are hints an older relative (mother) of the family was flat-out evil. I seem to remember some subplot about her being in a mental home.
Anyway, if anyone recognizes this that would be great. Thanks.
