Looking for a story about Son's friend and MILF

I am looking for a story about a son's friend and the son's mother, the outline that i can remember was that the son brings the friend home from college and the mom owns or works in a hardware/construction store and the son's friend thinks she is really hot. the mom needs something built at her house or renovations and the friend says that he will do it and gets supplies from her but doesn't pay her back, afterwards slowly seduces her and they eventually have sex. i believe it is in Mature or EC.

From what i can remember as well im pretty sure it was a split POV between the friend and the son's mom, the friend is constantly getting supplies from her/family store but never paying them back just saying he will eventually. i remember the friend had a big dick and the son is oblivious as well as the dad.

I distinctively remember a passage of it where the mom is wearing a polo top and some beige trousers and the son introduces the friend to the mom and the friend is blow away by her, i think the son says that he and the friend are not hugely close but still friends.
