Looking for a Story about a young couple

Hey all I am trying to find a story that I read before about a young couple where the husband goes to work for this firm and it turns out that all of the employees and their wife's are all into swinging. It ends if I remember correctly with the husband quiting and leaving the community. For the life of me I cannot remember the title and nor can I find it.
